Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to register to purchase?
No, it’s not necessary, however you need to send us your details in order to be able to send your order. If you don’t want us to store your details you have to untick the box which says “create an account”. If you register with us you can check on the state of your order by accessing our web and typing in your username and password. Registering with us has great advantages, we will keep you informed of any news, new watches, and discounts exclusively for registered customers.
When will I receive my order?
You order starts to be processed once the payment has been made. If using credit card or PayPal payment is immediate allowing your order to arrive in approximately 4-5 days after having placed the order. If you decide to pay by bank transfer or directly paying into our account, your order will start to be processed once we have received the funds into our account and will take approximately 4-5 days after having received the payment.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices have 18% VAT included.
If I’m not satisfied with my order, can I get my money back?
Yes. Our main objective is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned within 30 days after having received the watch. Simply attach a note explaining why you wish to return the watch and we will return your money without any extra costs in the same way it was paid for. The watch must be returned in perfect condition in its’ original box along with instruction manual and guarantee.
If for any reason the watch arrives damaged because of a shipping incident the incident must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the watch so that a claim can be made.
Is my credit card information safe?
Paying by credit card is completely safe. Once you have decided to go ahead with the purchase you will be re-directed to our bank ( Caja Rural de Torrent ) which is Verified by VISA. It is here where you will fill in your details and your card details. We don’t have any access to your card details.
What details do I need to pay by credit card?
To pay by credit card you need the details of your card: card number, expiry date and in some cases the security code will be needed. ( the last 3 digits on the back of your card next to where you sign. ) We use 3DSecure protocols, you might need to identify yourself as the cardholder.
Can I have my watch wrapped in gift paper?
Yes, at the end of the purchase process you can add to your order a gift paper and a gift bag. We will wrap the watch for you.
Will I receive a receipt with the watch?
All our watches will be accompanied by a receipt. This is sufficient to return the watch in case you’re not satisfied. We can also send an invoice with your name or the company’s name on it.
Are the watches guaranteed?
Yes. All of our watches come with a two year International warranty against any defects. The guarantee is sent, completed and stamped along with the watch.
