Purchasing conditions (International Customers: We Prefer Paypal):

Prices and availability of the products: All prices are valid except for typing errors. "The Online Watch Store" has most products in stock. If for any reason the watch is out of stock we will contact you straight away to inform you of the time it will take for the watch to arrive, or offer you another watch of similar characteristics.

 

Time taken for the watch to arrive: Orders are handled in order of arrival. Handling time for an order is normally between 48 and 72 hours. To The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and all other destinations time taken will be approximately one week. Time taken for all watches which are temporarily out of stock could be delayed by up to 10 days.

Payment methods: "The Online Watch Store"  allows you to make a purchase using the following methods:

 

Bank Transfer: Once you have placed an order our account number will appear for you to pay the corresponding amount into our account.

 

Credit or Debit Card: You can use your credit/debit card to make a safe purchase following a series of secure steps. "The Online Watch Store" has no access to our customers credit card details.

 

PayPal: Using your Paypal acount or using your credit or debit card. Paypal accept most cards from all over the world. 

 

Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money. Our main objective is customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days after having received it. All you have to do is attach a note explaining your reasons for the return of the watch and we will refund your money without any extra costs in the same way the purchase was made. The watch must be returned in perfect condition in its’ original box, along with the instruction manual and guarantee. If the reason for the return is due to it having being damaged during the shipping, you must contact us with in 24 hours so that a claim can be put in to the transport company.

 

 

Christmas Returns Policy: All items purchased can be returned for an exchange or full refund up until 15th January. Terms & Conditions apply.
