All our watches are brand new and originals. We are official distributors of all the makes you can find in "The Online Watch Store" property of "Relojesmania".

We offer a two year guarantee which comes into effect starting from the date of purchase. The guarantee includes repair service or a replacement in case of any manufacture defect or default and any necessary costs incurred. Repairs are carried out by official technicians of each make and "The Online Watch Store" will be in charge of sending the watch off to be repaired and returning it to the customer.

The international guarantee means that you can take your watch to be repaired at your nearest distributor or we will send it off personally. If you prefer us to be in charge of the repairs whilst your watch is under guarantee, all you have to do is send us the watch by use of your preferred means, we will repair the watch and send it back without any extra charges.

All of our watches come in their original boxes, with a stamped guarantee showing the date of purchase. The instruction manual will also be in the box.
