All products sold by www.relojesmania.com are subject to the terms and conditions listed here. Please read them carefully befote accepting and using our website. By using our website you signify your agreement to be bound to these terms and conditions.
If you are in the European Union the prices you see on our web-site include European VAT (21%).
If your country is not in the European Union, the prices you see on our web-site do not include European VAT as you do not have to pay for it.
Prices published on the website www.relojesmania.com are in Euros. All prices shown include the applicable VAT rate. Any change in VAT rates will be applied automatically to the products on sale on the site www.relojesmania.com.
Offers on products will be shown in “Offers” or the price will be shown next to the product.
Discount coupons and promotional codes have validity and special conditions for their use. Consult the conditions for each coupon and promotional code befote using it.
We offer a range of delivery options and timescales. Charges will vary dependant on the type of service ordered. Customers can choose between:
Pay on Delivery (Only in Spain and Portugal)

We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. The site www.relojesmania.com reserves the right to modify the products if our suppliers difficult the arrival of certain products. Occasionally, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers.
All products will be delivered to the specified address indicated in the order.
Invoices will be sent along with the goods. This can also be consulted in the customer’s account.
There will be no orders sent out or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Delivery will go under the responsibility of the carrier.
An order will be considered delivered once the carrier has passed on the order or orders to the customer and the customer has signed the necessary handing over documents. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product on receipt of the goods and inform of any errors in the delivery note.
To be able to browse, add products to your shopping cart and purchase from our store it is not necessary to register. However to continue with your purchase you will need to be registered as a user. You are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.This information will be protected under the spanish law15/1999. Please be aware that you need to be over 18 to register with us.
Your customer account will enable you to purchase and take advantage of our discounts, promotions and gifts we offer our customers.

Eligibility to Purchase
In order to make purchases through this site you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Add desired products to your shopping cart. Subsequently, click on confirm. We will ask for a delivery address and the customer’s address (the same address can be used).
Subsequently you will be asked to choose a delivery method. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the delivery address given, along with the weight of the order and type of shipping method chosen.
We also offer the customer the option of a gift wrapping service. This service has an added charge.
The customer should choose a payment method, whether that be bank transfer, PayPal, pay on Delivery or by credit or debit card.
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a refund. The customer has 30 days to send back the undamaged product.
We will refund you using the original payment method used or if preferred a coupon which can be used to purchase online at www.relojesmania.com.
Please do not damage the ítems whilst you inspect them (this also includes the packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed ítems). You must ensure that you return the original product in the same conditions in which you received it, in other words in original, resalable conditions along with the box, instruction manual and warranty. To return any unwanted goods, the product must be wrapped in suitable packaging ensuring that the product won’t be damaged in any way during transit.
You have the right return any unwanted goods, provided you contact our customer service via email and we will get in touch to inform you about how to go about returning the goods. We won’t accept any returns unless we have been notified of such via email or web form.
If you have been sent the wrong product www.relojesmania.com will be responsible for the shipping costs for the item to be returned and the shipping costs for the correct product to be sent.
If the reason for the return of the goods is that the watch has been damaged in transit you must indicate the incident within 24 hours of receiving the product so that the necessary claim can be made to the corresponding transport company.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning goods unless a damaged/wrong product has been sent by the seller.
All our watches are brand new. We are oficial distributors of all the watch brands we carry.
Watch repair under guarantee is free for users. Necessary expences such as shipping costs will be paid for to correct lack of acceptance. The seller will respond to any lack of conformity within a two year period starting from when the product has been delivered.
All our watches are delivered with its corresponding box, warranty stamped with the purchase date and an instruction manual.
